2. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Printables)
All digital purchases are final due to the nature of instant downloads.
Once your file has been delivered or accessed, we cannot revoke it.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- You received the wrong file,
- The file is damaged or inaccessible,
- A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
If any of the above apply, please contact contact@meowive.com with your order details and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
3. Physical Products
We carefully inspect all products before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Provide a clear photo and order number,
- Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on availability and your preference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase,

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
